It is only 20-30 minutes away from all major tourist attractions like Lake Pichola, City Palace of Udaipur, Lake Fatehsagar, Karni Mata Temple, etc. The property is secured with a boundary wall, making it absolutely private and safe. It is part of a lush 13-acre farm vegetated with about 600 trees of Neem, Palm, Lemon, Amaltas, Amla, Kachnar, and others, making it a perfect getaway spot, away from the city’s hustle bustle. Equipped with a 1200-sq.ft swimming pool, a fully functioning kitchen, 5 bedrooms, with 5 extra beds, and 2 huge gardens, the nature of the cottage makes it a cozy farm living space for a group of 10-15 people.

About 45 minutes away from the airport, 20 minutes from the railway and bus stations, and 2 kms and 300m away from NH8 and NH58E, respectively, the location of the cottage makes it convenient for all kinds of travellers. Vegetable farming, therapeutic walks along the farm, dinner by the pool, bonfires & barbecues, often visited by peacocks, the barn is a unique experience.

The space

The villa is a hidden gem that makes you feel like you’re not in Udaipur even when you are. It’s green, clean and well-maintained, and is a home away from home. Due to its close proximity to the highway, there are a lot of restaurants and local dhabas that the guests can enjoy. During winters, guests can soak up the sun in the lawns, while summers make it a perfect getaway as you can walk barefoot on the green grass & stroll around under the shade of the lush trees on the property.

Other things to note

The barn has a kitchen with very basic dishes for cooking in case the guests want to indulge in cooking their own meal overlooking the beautiful gardens. The ingredients for the same would have to be sourced at an extra charge or carried along by the guest.
